Another of the family has passed away. Just to let you know for your files. Hamilton Spectator, June 12, 2002 HANNAH, Margaret Ann (nee Brellisford) - Promoted to glory on Tuesday, June 11, 2002, in her 97th year. Predeceased by her husbands Geoff Woods and John Hannah, and her daughter Gladys Emily Southon, and many dear brothers and sisters. Precious Grandma to Lynda-Jane Southon. Lovingly remembered by her sister Susie Packer and brother William Brellisford. Cherished as a grandma by Rebekah Little. Loved by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours, especially Darryl Terry. Visitation at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, June 14th at 11 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, 320 Charlton Avenue West (at Locke). Interment in Woodland Cemetery. Memorial donations to Camp Oneida would be appreciated. Praise God for His gift of Margaret and her 96 years as a living example of Christian perserverence and faith. Now, you might not have this info Geoff Woods was Margaret Ann's first husband and Gladys was his. From what I know of John Hannah adopted Gladys as his own. According to letter of 17 Mar 1997 from WH Brellisford Jr. - "Our three eldest
sisters Margaret, Flossie, and Lily were born in Wales. Emily, Janette, Alf,
Susie and I were born and lived in Hamilton"."Alf, Janette and Flossie
deceased, Margaret 91, Lily 84, Emily 82 are widows". Susie married.
